When you submit a trace you are making an agreement to the below T&C's

 

 

 

1, You confirm you are over 18 years old. We cannot conduct any searches for anyone who is 17 years of age or younger.

 

​2, We can only undertake searches on people who are 18 years of age or older. 

 

3, You must agree that the main purpose of the search is to locate a place or address where current contact can be made. Although we do often locate and report telephone details, E-Mail addresses and employment details our main goal is to locate the contact address and we would not continue searching for additional information once this goal has been achieved.  

 

4. You agree that the fees are payable upon a completed search.

 

5, You can confirm there are no legal reasons or restrictions denying you access or restricting your distance to the person you are tracing.

 

6, You are aware we need 7 working days to study the case and report our findings . Some cases may take additional time.

 

7, The information obtained and supplied is not to be used for illegal or unlawful activities. This includes breaching court orders such as restraining or harassment orders that may be in place. Any intentions to harm the person, physically or emotionally .The information supplied by UK People Tracer cannot be used in any way that may result in damaging or harmful conditions being inflicted on the person we are finding.

 

8, You confirm that you freely agree to instruct UK people Tracer to trace the missing person / debtor to a current contact address or place of contact, or locate a record of death. 

 

9, You are aware that UK People tracer can not divulge the original sources of any acquired information or case details

 

10, Don’t deceive us or forget vital details. Withholding vital details may incur search fees or finder’s fees which will not be refunded. We may also take legal action or inform the relevant authority.

 

11, Administration or search fees are non-refundable. Administration or search fees for additional agent time, certificate trawls or in-depth data analysis are for agent time and incured budget. These fees are non refundable fees.

 

12, UK People Tracer is not responsible for losses or gains incurred due to any of our findings. If your traced person holds entitlements or you hold entitlements to assets being brought to attention through our searches, or in any way whatsoever, losses or gains are achieved through our searches we will not hold any responsibility for the losses or gains.

 

13,  The fee is only payable on submission of the search. You are aware that UK People Tracer offers all clients a full 14 Days to revert to us and recheck our findings free of any further administration fees.

 

14, All costs are final and refunds, in partial or full, always remain at the discretion of UK People Tracer.

 

15, There is a 24 hour cancallation period on all search submissions. Cancellations of searches can not be accepted after a current location has been achieved.

16. You agree freely for our experts to undertake this search on your behelf.

 

17, you are aware that any findings passed and reported to you by UK People Tracer are private and confidential details that contain protected personal data. You may not disclose any aquired information or report details to any third party without consent of the UK People Tracer management team.
